STEP 2 SUBMIT DOCUMENTS and PAYMENT You will also have to submit a hardcopy of the registration form (downloadable PDF at the end of online registration process) duly signed along with a payment of Rupees Five Hundred (Provisional annual membership fee) and photographs. Follow instructions on the PDF form.
